Functions
- Propose, plan, execute and monitor project activities to meet objectives.
- Define project scope, schedules and resource requirements.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders, as well as subsidiaries.
- Ensure that defined projects are completed on time, on budget and to specified quality standards.
- Set deadlines, manage the people who own the workflows within the different departments, assign responsibilities, monitor and summarize project progress.
- Provide support and follow up on projects initiated by other departments that impact the business or the smooth running of the company.
- Provide the entire group with a risk/benefit balance for decision making.
- Communicate and escalate risks that may affect the company’s objectives and results.
- Comply with both general and position specific policies and procedures, as well as ensure the completion of all tasks within scope to facilitate the achievement of company objectives.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, program management, ADE or similar.
Specific knowledge:
- Project management tools.
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, teams, Outlook, sharepoint,…).
Complementary knowledge:
- Knowledge of the chemical, cosmetic and industrial sector.
Language skills:
- Spanish: advanced
- English: advanced.

Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of combined business and operations/manufacturing experience.
