General Manager
Functions
- Increase the Contract Manufacturing business unit’s customer base.
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships to achieve established sales.
- Identify opportunities to increase business, perform market research, qualitative and quantitative analysis.
- Respond quickly and effectively to customer requests.
- Track and manage formulas produced, new formulas and raw material allocations.
- Complete all necessary administration in a timely and accurate manner, including updating customer information.
- Analyze and present new business opportunities to company executives and senior management.
- Travel and meet with key contacts as needed.
- Anticipate business activities and establish strong business relationships with customers.
- Plan and deliver successful presentations for new business.
- Providing customers, together with the technical team, such as choice of raw materials in terms of price and quality.
- Coordination with the CS team, to provide the best service to the external and internal customer.
- Ability to negotiate with customers price formulas and production costs with all relevant internal support.
- Identify and track project opportunities, analyze and determine feasibility.
- Comply with both general and position specific policies and procedures, as well as ensure the completion of all tasks within scope to facilitate the achievement of company objectives.
Requirements
Education
- Degree in Chemistry or ADE or similar.
- Postgraduate degree in Perfumes and Fragrances, Market and Applications or Isipca will be an asset.
- Additional training in schools specialized in the F&F sector.
Specific knowledge:
- Business Plan-Commercial Plan.
- Knowledge and experience in Contract Manufacturing in the F&F industry or similar.
- Advanced knowledge of the Office package.
- Knowledge of SAP.
- Knowledge of technical and quality procedures on service and customer satisfaction.
- Report on a monthly basis the evolution of the business.
Complementary knowledge:
- Advanced knowledge of raw materials used in perfumes and aromas.
- Knowledge of international trade (INCOTERMS).
- Olfactory sensitivity.
Languages:
- Spanish: advanced
- English: advanced
- French: advanced

Experience:
- 3 years of experience in similar position
