On 8 and 9 October, Mexico hosted The Food Tech® Summit & Expo, one of the most important events for the food industry in Latin America. This event allowed us to be in direct contact with the latest trends in ingredients, formulations and technologies, consolidating our commitment to innovation and technical excellence.

During the meeting, we explored emerging solutions in flavouring, natural preservation and sensory enhancement, as well as exchanging knowledge with specialists in R&D, product development and sustainability. Each conversation was an opportunity to strengthen alliances and anticipate the challenges that will shape the future of the sector.
