Product Technician CM

Funciones

• Assignment management on new formulas for contract manufacturing (CM) customers.
• Introduction of new formulas in the system, definition of inspection plan and material characteristics according to customer requirements.
• Maintenance of the portfolio assigned to the CM clientele (Management of elimination of PM from the portfolio, changes of qualities required by the clientele, search for alternatives due to stock out, shortage of products, etc.).
• Provide technical support to customers regarding products.
• Participation in the department’s quality control processes.
• Participation in the continuous improvement processes related to the area’s own processes.
• Lead the interdepartmental coordination (PROD/QC/TECNICO/REG) in the homologation process of new references ensuring compliance with the defined processes, as well as in any other function required.
• Comply with the company’s current occupational risk prevention regulations.
• Comply with the policies and procedures both general and specific to the position, as well as ensure the completion of all tasks within the scope to facilitate the achievement of the company’s objectives.

Requisitos

EDUCATION
• University degree in Chemistry or similar.

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE
• GC/MS Chromatography.
• Knowledge of analytical techniques: potentiometric titrations, Karl Fisher,…
• Advanced knowledge of the office package.

COMPLEMENTARY KNOWLEDGE
• Advanced knowledge of SAP
