Functions:
• Management and coordination of operations in the different centers (own or external).
• Manage the functions of the team in the different areas (entries, picking, packing, expeditions, inventory and transfers) and of the activity developed by third parties, providing information on a regular basis.
• Set operational guidelines.
• Analyze and resolve incidents, implement corrective actions.
• Design and implement new work procedures.
• Coordinate with the people in charge of the external parties the necessary actions to guarantee the fulfillment of Lluch Quality standards.
• Establish systems for monitoring the activity carried out by third parties to monitor and anticipate actions to ensure the achievement of the business objectives of Lluch Essence, together with the person responsible for the external company.
• Knowing the processes and defining together with BPO the optimization of these.
• Validate monthly invoicing received for services provided by third parties or services requested by the center directly.
• Provide the report of the weekly and monthly national activity: consolidation of activity volumes and service indicators of the activity of the different centers (own or external).
• Analyze reports in order to provide information relevant to KPI performance (collective and individual).
• Communicate to the team through regular maintenance, on warehouse boards, information regarding schedules, work planning, upcoming receipts, incidents, product information, etc.
• Organize meetings in the warehouse to communicate key event information to the teams, as well as a preparation platform for successful events.
• Communicate daily objectives and goals to the warehouse team by actively participating in daily meetings.
• Manage the capabilities of the operational team, design the team’s multi-skilled matrix, analyze the team’s productivity and performance.
• Actively participate in the warehouse team development plans and Evaluation processes according to the set criteria, documenting and maintaining regular discussions on the performance of each team member.
• Ensure compliance with standards of conduct and presence.
• Responsible for motivating and leading by example the warehouse team and assisting in the establishment of staff working schedules, monitoring optimal daily coverage.
• Actively participates in the selection process of warehouse personnel, ensuring that candidates meet the criteria set by the company.
• Mainly responsible for the smooth integration of new hires.
• Identify training needs within the team.
• To ensure the application of Food Safety and GMP’S measures in your area.
• To ensure quality assurance you will be part of the food crisis team.
• You will be part of the Food & Feed Fraud & defense team.
• In general, ensure the application of all company regulations: Compliance, AEO….
• Comply and ensure compliance with the rules, procedures and general and specific instructions of occupational risk prevention and environment, Food Safety or GMP’s, as well as promote them in their area and job.
• Know and apply the Emergency Plan. In case of detecting any risk situation towards people, facilities, environment or food safety, communicate it immediately.
• Actively participate in the selection process of the department’s personnel, ensuring that the candidates meet the criteria set by the company.
• Ensure proper segregation, storage and labeling of waste in their area.
• Comply with policies and procedures both general and specific to the position, as well as ensure the completion of all tasks within the scope to facilitate the achievement of the company’s objectives.
Training:
• Higher level training in logistics, warehousing, international trade or similar.
Specific knowledge:
• Knowledge of Logistics, operations.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Knowledge of SAP WM.
Additional knowledge:
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methods (5’s, Lean philosophy, Kaizen).
• Degree in international trade, supply chain or similar.
• Graduate degree in Perfumes and Fragrances, Market and Applications or Isipca.

Experience:
• 3+ years of experience in a Logistics and Warehouse Operations environment (preferably high volume environments).
