Functions
Operations Management (Full Impact)
• Lead, plan and manage the activities of the supply chain, import, customs, warehouse and shipping, production processes, maintenance and the areas of occupational risk prevention and environment, leading a team of approximately 80 people.
• Lead, plan and manage the Contract Manufacturing BU including commercial activity and customer management.
• Lead the necessary transformation in order to achieve the production targets, their delivery in quality, quantity, cost and service.
• Control OPEX and cost optimization.
• Manage the budget of the entire operations area, ensuring its efficiency and the fulfillment of the Lead-time with the customers.
• Coordinate the responsible persons in charge of leading the different departments of the operations area.
• Perform timely travel to external plants and warehouses in Malaysia/Singapore, Mexico and Colombia.

• Oversee processes and ensure good safety practices and procedures throughout the company.
• Ensure order and compliance with safety standards within area of responsibility.
• Comply and ensure compliance with the rules, procedures and general and specific instructions of occupational risk prevention and environment, Food Safety or GMP’s, as well as promote them in their area and job.
• Know and apply the Emergency Plan. In case of detecting any risk situation towards people, facilities, environment or food safety, communicate it immediately.
• Ensure proper segregation of waste.
• Comply with the policies and procedures both general and specific to the position, as well as ensure the completion of all tasks within the scope to facilitate the achievement of the company’s objectives.

Requirements
EDUCATION
• Industrial Engineering with specialization in Chemistry or Industrial Organization.
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE
• Experience in international multi-plant environments.
• Knowledge of SAP; ERP.
COMPLEMENTARY KNOWLEDGE
• Masters/Postgraduate in Factory Management, Lean Manufacturing, Project Management, etc.
• Masters or equivalent experience in international trade and supply chain management.
• Experience and knowledge in fine chemical environments such as ingredients, food additives or cosmetics.
• Postgraduate degree in Perfumes and Fragrances, Market and Applications or Isipca.

EXPERIENCE
• Minimum 10 years in Industrial, Factory or Technical management positions, with experience in process, production and warehouse management.
