Functions

Team management (Full Impact)
• Define the structure of the IT department and its sub-departments (Systems, Master Data, Business) according to the company’s strategy (PMO, continuous improvement, etc.).
• Coordinate, manage and lead the IT department team supporting and guiding their work towards the achievement of the established objectives.
• Develop the organization (skills, capabilities and roles & responsibilities).
• Manage and collaborate with external users or programmers ensuring quality control of all activities (configuration, functional and technical designs, testing and training).
• Provide functional support to the Master Data team.
• Identify training needs within the team.
• Actively participates in the selection processes of the department’s personnel ensuring that the candidates meet the criteria set by the company.

Internal and external regulations (Full Impact)
• Ensure all regulatory compliance on Cybersecurity issues.
• Continuous challenge of business processes and procedures by performing analysis and proactively proposing changes and value-added projects.
• Comply with high standards of technological security (Cybersecurity, Compliance, Application and Data Security, LOPD…).
• Figure responsible for Cybersecurity, responding to data vulnerability and protection of the organization’s infrastructure.
• You will be part of the Food & Feed Fraud & defense team.

• Comply and ensure compliance with the rules, procedures and general and specific instructions of occupational risk prevention and environment, Food Safety or GMP’s, as well as promote them in their area and job.
• Know and apply the Emergency Plan. In case of detecting any risk situation towards people, facilities, environment or food safety, communicate it immediately.
• Ensure proper segregation of waste.
• Comply with both general and position-specific policies and procedures, as well as ensure the completion of all tasks within the scope to facilitate the achievement of the company’s objectives.

Knowledge Management (Full Impact)
• Responsible for the organization’s infrastructure, systems, communications and applications.
• Responsible for the configuration of SAP as corporate ERP and implementation of S4 Hanna or future programs/ERP that may be proposed.
• Coordination of IT outsourcing with the outsourced company.

• Facilitate knowledge transfer, communication, training and interaction with business users and identify their needs by acting as a point of contact with key users.
• Protect and preserve the consistency and robustness of Information.
• Responsible for configuration, documentation, functional and technical designs, test scripts and training manuals in your area of expertise.
• Ensure SAP performance and integrity by working in coordination with the rest of the IT team.

Project Management (Full Impact)
• Proactively raise, plan and lead business technology projects.
• Act as a catalyst for cultural and organizational change.
• Management, prioritization, resolution, monitoring and documentation of SAP incidents and evolutions (changes) reported by business users, following the procedures, SLA’s and controls defined by the company.
• Management and execution of assigned projects following the procedures defined by the company for the project life cycle (plan, milestones, deliverables, budget, resources,
documentation, risks, etc.).

Strategy or culture (Full Impact)
• Introduce and promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence transversally throughout the organization by identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Promote and develop customer orientation (Business Partnering) and a culture of methodology and measurement in both processes and projects.
• Define the optimal service strategy for the company, as well as the corresponding policies and procedures

Budget (Full Impact)
• Define, control and execute the IT department budget by evaluating and prioritizing OPEX and CAPEX.

Requirements

EDUCATION

• Degree in Computer Engineering or similar, or equivalent experience.

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE

• Advanced knowledge of SAP and other ERP systems.
• Updated knowledge of other efficient tools and systems.
• Technical knowledge in project management methods.

COMPLEMENTARY KNOWLEDGE

• Knowledge of the chemical sector, aromas and essential oils.
• Experience in complex Supply Chain environments (large number of references, multitude of
customers).
• Experience in strategic and operational consulting
