Lluch Essence has been recognised for its social and sustainable commitment. Last Wednesday, during the ‘Celebrant camí, construint futur’ conference organised by the Port of Barcelona to mark the 10th anniversary of the #PositiveImpact report, our company received the Award for Best Social Initiative in the medium-sized company category.

This award highlights our local cooperation programme with Associació SaóPrat, an initiative we have been promoting for more than three years to strengthen social cohesion in El Prat de Llobregat. Through this project, we connect our team with the community through actions that generate opportunities and well-being. These include:

• Essence workshop, to bring the world of perfumery closer to young people in the municipality.
• An employability workshop, led by our People & Culture team, to improve professional skills.
• A round table, where we share real stories of professional growth at Lluch Essence.

At Lluch Essence, we believe that sustainability is a collective project that brings people, cooperation and the future together. This recognition encourages us to continue working to create a positive impact on our environment.
