It was a tremendous pleasure for the entire Lluch team to earn this accreditation after months of hard work and dedication. The ISO 14001 certification is a further step in our commitment to environmental protection and complements all the initiatives that we have implemented to reduce and minimise the impact of our work on the natural environment.

There are several cornerstones to Lluch’s strategic plan, and one of them is sustainability, which encompasses environmental protection.  In September 2021, as part of the actions and initiatives to fulfil the plan, we decided to go a step further in environmental management and apply to SGS for ISO 14001 certification (environment).

The result of the comprehensive audit was extremely positive, thanks to the daily efforts and work of the entire organisation in complying with the established quality and environmental requirements.

To date, Lluch Essence is ISO 9001 certified (since 2010), and also holds FSSC 22000 (human food safety), FAMI-QS (animal food safety), AEO (authorised economic operator) certifications in addition to the most recent ISO 14001 (environment), earned in March 2022.
