Functions

  • Order reception management.
  • Proactive follow-up of orders up to dispatch: order entry, confirmations, modifications and updates.
  • Analysis and correct assignment of order dates.
  • Opening and management of claims together with Customer Care and customer returns.
  • Consolidation of loads according to orders in progress.
  • Reduce complexities and inefficiencies in order management.
  • Maintain and update the customer database.
  • Ensure proactive communication with customers: deadlines, delays, stock availability and mmpp shortages.
  • Management of the sending of specific documents requested by customers: certificates of origin, preform invoices, etc.
  • Customer representative in the Organization: intermediary service between customers and other departments of the Organization.
  • Proposing and participating in improvement processes.
  • Management of orders subject to sample.
  • Comply and ensure compliance with the rules, procedures and general and specific instructions of occupational risk prevention and environment, Food Safety or GMP’s, as well as promote them in their area and workplace.
  • Know and apply the Emergency Plan. In case of detecting any risk situation towards people, facilities, the environment or food safety, communicate it immediately.
  • Ensure proper segregation of waste.
  • Comply with both general and position specific policies and procedures, as well as ensure the completion of all tasks within scope to facilitate the achievement of company objectives.

Requirements

Education:

  • Superior degree cycle in Business, FPII or similar.

Specific knowledge:

  • Advanced level knowledge of the Office package.
  • Knowledge of SAP.

Complementary knowledge:

  • Knowledge in transportation.
  • Knowledge of nomenclature of the sector of aromas / fragrances, chemical or similar.
  • Knowledge of International Trade (INCOTERMS).
  • Postgraduate degree in Perfumes and Fragrances, Market and Applications or Isipca.

Language skills:

  • Spanish: advanced.
  • English: advanced.
  • French: advanced (valuable).

Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar position.
