Misión
To guarantee Lluch’s level of service to its customers in order to contribute or contributing to the growth of the Organization.
Funciones
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients that bring in the most revenue for
the company.
• Support new customer acquisition and be responsible for their effective onboarding.
• Focus on growth in alternative segments where the company may not be present.
• Attend and resolve customer complaints.
• Act as the main point of contact between customers and internal teams.
• Oversee customer service assigned to each customer.
• Communicate and collaborate with marketing, sales, purchasing, technical and logistics
departments to ensure that customer needs are met.
• Prepare reports on account performance, objectives and forecasts for the respective area.
• Develop a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements and prepare
customized solutions.
• Support contract negotiations with clients and meet deadlines set for the fulfillment of each
client’s long-term objectives.
• Creation of customer database
• Act as backup for the sales team
• Comply with both general and position-specific policies and procedures, as well as ensure the
completion of all tasks within scope to facilitate the achievement of company objectives.
Requisitos
EDUCATION
• Higher education in Chemistry, Business Administration, International Business or similar.
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE
• Advanced user of Office Suite
COMPLEMENTARY KNOWLEDGE
• Knowledge of SAP
• Basic knowledge of international trade (incoterms).
• Knowledge in the fragrances, flavors, animal feed, cosmetics, etc. industries.
