Functions

  • Customer representative in the Organization: intermediary service between customers and other departments of the company.
  • Work closely with the key account manager of the area and the customer service in headquarters to meet client’s daily requests.
  • Quotation entry in the system: select and prepare offers for customers along with the key account manager in the area.
  • Customer’s order process management in SAP. Proactive follow-up of portfolio until dispatch: order entry, confirmations, modifications and updates.
  • Tracking and follow up of orders, liaising with the logistics responsible to ensure smooth workflow of the order’s dispatch.
  • Analysis and correct assignment of order dates.
  • Stock control: control of incoming stock to warehouse, give accurate arrival dates and assign correctly the stock to open orders.
  • Coordinate with the key account manager of the area customer’s requests priorities.
  • Customer samples arrangement.
  • Management of customer complaints and returns.
  • Maintain and update customer database.
  • Ensure proactive communication with the customer: deadlines, delays, stock availability, etc.
  • Management of specific documents requested by customers provided by our system: certificates of origin, pro-forma invoices and technical documents (TDS,COA,SDS, allergens), etc.
  • Comply with both general and position-specific policies and procedures, as well as ensure the completion of all tasks within scope to facilitate the achievement of the company’s objectives.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree education in Administration or similar.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Knowledge of F&F, chemical or similar.
  • Advanced knowledge of the Office package.
  • Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role o position.
  • Knowledge of International Trade (INCOTERMS)

LANGUAGES

  • Fluent and Clear English is a must.
  • Mandarin is a plus.
